Terms of Service

These terms are the working launch terms for Boiling Frog Games LLC. They cover use of the website, accounts, subscriptions, Frogsense cosmetic currency, cosmetics, and browser games.
Age And Eligibility
Boiling Frog Games is intended for players age 13 and older. Do not create an account or use account features if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You may delete your account from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other players, or create legal or security risk.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy requests. Please do not send us personal information about anyone else unless you have permission to do so.
Membership And Billing
Paid membership unlocks member-only games and account features while the membership is active. Billing is handled by Stripe. Prices, plan terms, renewal timing, cancellation, and refund details are described during checkout and in the Refund and Subscription Policy.
Frogsense And Cosmetics
Frogsense is earn-only in-platform cosmetic currency. Frogsense and cosmetics have no cash value, are not transferable outside the platform, are not redeemable for money, and are not a stored-value payment instrument. We may adjust game rewards, prices, item availability, or balancing when needed to keep the platform fair and functional.
Games And Availability
Some games are experimental, early access, or in active development. We may add, remove, rebalance, rename, or update games and features. Test and staging environments may be reset. We try to preserve account purchases and earned account items on the production service, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted access.
Acceptable Use
Do not attack the service, abuse other players, attempt to bypass access controls, automate unfair play, exploit bugs, scrape private data, impersonate others, or upload/use content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, exploitative, or harmful.
Intellectual Property
The site, games, artwork, code, names, logos, and related content are owned by Boiling Frog Games LLC or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the service for personal entertainment, subject to these terms.
Copyright Infringement Reports
If you believe material on the service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, email copyright@boilingfroggames.com and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or other location of the material you believe is infringing.
- Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review these reports and will remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
User Content And Feedback
If you send us feedback, bug reports, screenshots, recordings, support details, or other content, you keep any rights you already have in that content. You give us permission to use what you send only as needed to operate, support, protect, and improve the service, and to communicate with you about it.
Disclaimers And Limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boiling Frog Games LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, except where your local consumer protection law grants rights that apply regardless.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice through the site or account experience. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
